Below are the general terms and conditions of We Love Wallpaper (trade name of KEK Amsterdam), established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Betuwestraat 25, 1079 PR) and with offices in Naarden, the Netherlands (Nikkelstraat 51-A, 1411 AH) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under no. 34375428.
Dutch law applies to all commercial activities of We Love Wallpaper. By placing an order with We Love Wallpaper, you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
The stated consumer prices are in euros. We Love Wallpaper reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The custom wallpaper is produced exclusively to order and has a delivery time of up to 5 working days. As soon as the package is being send, you will receive the track & trace code from DHL by email. This can end up in spam.
After payment of your order, We Love Wallpaper will start working with your order. Various payment methods are offered.
We Love Wallpaper respects the privacy of its customers and will therefore never disclose personal data to third parties. We Love Wallpaper uses the services of Mollie B.V. as a payment service provider. Data in that context can be shared with this party. Click here for the full privacy statement.
We Love Wallpaper cannot be held liable in any way for possible damage to a wall or other surface after, during or because of applying or removing customized wallpaper. Furthermore, We Love Wallpaper cannot be held liable in any way for possible costs incurred by a professional wallpaper company or an independent wallpaperer hired by the customer for the application of this wallpaper.
Because we make wallpaper especially for you in the size you specify (custom-made), you cannot return the wallpaper.
We work with a great supplier who, like us, always strives for the best quality and service. Nevertheless, it can happen that something goes wrong during the production or packaging process. Send us an email with a description of your complaint, plus a few clear photos (preferably a detailed photo and a photo from a bit further away). Then we can properly assess your complaint and we will immediately contact our supplier. If it is established that it is a production error, we will send a new product as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that something went wrong when applying the product (either by yourself or by a wallpaper professional), we will think along with you about a solution or make you a nice offer to purchase the same product again with a high discount.
